day 4 of change!!

Today was a very good day after my tireing morning we went to go read to some elementry students at Telstar elementry!!! and after being there i realized that i should be proud of what i have instead of complaining about what i dont have! And i didnt realize that other kids in some schools dont get the same special treament that i have , and i felt i was inspiring younger kids and teaching them what i learned when i was there age!!! So im goin to tell you or describe to you the kids i helped out with. The first kid was a girl her name was acasha and she was in first grade and she could read very good im mean i think she was better than me when i was her age!! lol she really inspired me !! The 2nd kid was adrian (boy) he was in 2nd grade and could read a little bit but still a really great reader , like my dad always says practice makes perfect! lol(thx dad). The third person was a boy that was in 4th grade he told me that he couldnt read very well when i got the chapter books out so i said ok thats fine (i tried to not put him on the spot, and i didnt) i worked with him well i just wish i could have taught him more ,and had to read, i didnt make the situation tooo serious so i made him laugh a couple of times(somthing im good at lol...) and he enjoyed it!! The 4th kid her name was brieonca (dont know if i spelled right) and after i got done reading w/ her she gave to hugs to say goodbye i felt ive done somthing right! The 5th kid her name was raven and she was in 3rd grade and was very good reader and she also gave me a hug!! My last and most special was the little boy in kindergarden , the reason why i dont know his name is he spoke sooo low and he was really shy , and i had to read to him of course. I never knew i would learn somthing like this and im glad i did!!!

i would again like to thank the counslors and sharon (

AND ALL MY THANKS TO THE KIDS THAT I WORKED WITH AND THAT LOVED LISTENING AND LOVED TALKING TO ME !!!!!!!! I APPRIETIATED

LOVE ALWAYS BRITTANY MINTON
