Monday

Today we went to the Oklahoma City Downtown Library, Spaghetti Warehouse, and Oklahoma History Center. The library was a beauitful four story library stocked with mountains of information. While touring we saw the offices where all of the book requests are evaluated, the computer lab, and the compressed shelves where the books for the new Oklahoma library are waiting. After eating at the Spaghetti Warehouse, the history museum became our next destination. We had a wonderful tour guide in the museum, showing us many of the wonderful items. At the archives we went into the back rooms where most of the documents were held and where the photos, maps, and newspapers are scanned.

The Downtown Library is still new to me. I think it's a beatiful building. I remember when the old one was damaged in the bombing of the OKC Federal Building.

Note: When you are posting your adventures, it is safer to post where you've been than where you are going. Good job, Yellow Team!
